Here we are at the opening ceremonies for the Special Olympics World Winter Games. For the past few weeks Matt has been managing a few of the small construction projects for the games through his work.
Arnold was supposed to show up for the ceremony, but instead was too busy with the California budget crisis. At least he sent a video.
His wife Maria was there. A few other HUGE names made an appearance...get ready... Kenny G, The guy from Hootie and the Blowfish, Christy Yamaguchi, Scott Hamilton, and Matt's personal favorite, old Sam Perkins from the Sonics aka "Big Smooth" and many more.
Here is the opening ceremony stage that we built. Turned out pretty good for only being completed the night before.
Once all 95 countries assembled it turned out to be quite the party.
