Friday afternoon, we dropped the kids off with Grandma and Grandpa McKinney and headed to Seattle for a night out. We boarded the "Spirit of Seattle" and headed to Blake Island.
As we approached the island we could see Tillicum Village.
We were greeted by Native American dancers.
And some steamed clams. Definately not Jama's favorite.
Next we headed inside where our dinner was being prepared. The food was delicious, especially the salmon.
As we ate, we enjoyed a great show depicting the stories of the Native Americans of the Pacific Northwest.
There was lots of interesting artwork.
And many totem poles.
As we headed back, we had a fabulous view of downtown Seattle.
We had such a fun night. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for watching the kids.
